The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents made a submission that the writ petitioner passed away and subsequently, the terminal and pensionary benefits due to the deceased employee were settled in favour of his legal heirs and the wife of the deceased employee is also receiving family pension.

In view of the above submissions, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds set out in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
