ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to carry out renovation of crematorium situate at old Survey No.5/2, New Survey No.6/2, Agraharam, Sirugamani Kurambu Vaikal, Sirugamani Panchayat.

2.According to the petitioner, since the crematorium was in dilapidated condition, the petitioner has given representation to the second respondent on 27.09.2012 to renovate the same. Based on that, the second respondent passed a resolution to renovate the crematorium. It is further submitted that fund was allocated for renovation of the crematorium and public tender was called for. According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and his henchmen are not allowing the contractor who succeeded in the tender to engage the renovation work.
3.We find that considering the grievance of the petitioner, the official respondents have issued work order to the contractor to complete the above said work. It is for the contractor to take action to complete the work, if not already completed. 4.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
