This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.417 of 2018 dated 26.03.2018 on the file of the first respondent for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 354 and 109 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Woman Harassment Act, 2002 and quash the same as illegal.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that after enquiry, a charge sheet has been filed on 11.05.2018 before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.
