Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take 50% of the part time service rendered by the petitioner i.e. from, 24.07.1981 to 04.10.1996 which comes to 15 years, 2 months and 10 days, as per educational academic year has been counted to arrive along with the regular service for the pension benefits and provide consequential benefits to him within the time stipulated by this Court based on the judgment dated 09.04.2014 passed in W.P.No.16771 of 2013.

O R D E R

The petitioner to redress his grievances has given representation only on 18.06.2018. However, immediately i.e. on 20.06.2018, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition and moved the same before this Court. Atleast, a reasonable breathing time must be given to the authorities to consider the representation and within a span of 24 hours or 48 hours, no authority can be expected to act upon a representation to be given by an employee or erstwhile employee or a litigant public.

In view of that matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this juncture. Hence, the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the issue after some reasonable time, in case, the respondents have not acted upon on the representation of the petitioner. No costs.
