(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH, J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court the order

passed in an anticipatory bail petition filed by the detenue in Crl.M.P.NO. 2006 of 2026 dated 23.03.2026 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur.

2. The detenue, who was present in person, also submitted an affidavit by explaining whatever incidents that took place from 13.03.2026. The said affidavit is taken on file.

3. Since the anticipatory bail has been granted by the concerned court, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
