This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass and not to interfere with the petitioner's property in Survey No.268/1 in Thiruppullani Group & Village, Kilakarai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent

and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the allegations of the petitioner are not correct and summons have been served to the petitioner and he had appeared for an enquiry. He further submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending and the same will be completed within two weeks. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
