Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order of Direction in the nature of Writ directing the 1st Respondent to provide electricity connection based on agricultural tariff in S.F.S. Scheme for which already registered in 59/28.07.2009 instead of Industrial Tariff connection and consequently direct the 1st Respondent not to disconnect the present electricity connection for non-payment and to refund Rs.42,780/- received vide Receipt No.9903163 dated 11.2.2014 based on the Petitioner's father's representation dated 12.12.2013 and the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2015.
