The petitioner, with a grievance that his land has been classified as Government land has approached the revenue officials and filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to cancel the sub-division and conversion of land in Survey no. 375, Kottapatti Village, Virudhunagar Taluk, 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submits that the petitioner's application has already been considered and it was rejected by the Tahsildar, Virudhunagar, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa.No. 2/5640/2022 dated 28.08.2023. been communicated to the petitioner through a registered post. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
