Heard both sides.
2.The writ petitioners herein filed W.P(MD)No.15400 of 2022 for directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Musiri to rectify the petition mentioned errors. The writ petition was disposed of on 29.08.2022. Thereafter, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Musiri passed an order in favour of the petitioners on 22.02.2023. The grievance of the petitioners is that till date the second respondent has not taken any consequential steps. The first petitioner herein has submitted representation on 08.05.2023. The grievance of the petitioners is that this was not acted upon till date. That led to filing of this writ petition. 3.If the order passed by the first respondent is still holding the field, it is duty of the second respondent to give effect to the same. If it is not been done so far, the second respondent do so forthwith and without any delay.

4.The first respondent is directed to call for explanation the second respondent as to why there has been delay in implementing the order passed by him. The first respondent will submit a compliance report. The respondents 1 and 2 will submit individual compliance report before the Registry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
