PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.199 of 1995 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested by the respondent on 27.02.2024, in connection with the case in Crime No.199 of 1995 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 1/3

148, 427, 436 r/w. 34 of IPC, has filed this petition seeking bail.

2. It appears that this case is of the year 1995 and it is still at the PRC stage, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, in PRC No.36 of 1996 and the committal proceedings is yet to be completed.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to move a bail application after the committal proceedings are over.

4. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, is directed to complete the committal proceedings, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
