O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry in a civil dispute till the disposal of A.S.No.239 of 2012 before the Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as "civil dispute". The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
