Respondents (Crime No.98 of 2010) PRAYER: This petition is preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to withdraw the pending investigation in respect of FIR 209/2015 pending on the file of 2nd respondent and transfer the same on the file of 4th respondent with a direction to the 4th respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that investigation in Cr.No.209 of 2015 has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi on 26.11.2015 and the same is not yet been taken on file. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
