ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.271 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police for offences under Section 392 IPC, the petitioner is now before this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that this is the 2nd anticipatory bail application and the first anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court on 24.02.2016. It is the case of the prosecution that on 07.02.2016, around 10.30 p.m., when the de-facto complainant was going on a bicycle, this petitioner along with two others snatched the mobile phone of the de-facto complainant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that A1 and A2 have been arrested and there is no previous case against this petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the cellphone has not yet been recovered.

6. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation, there is no change in facts situation. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
