PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct to transfer the investigation in Crime No.294 of 2021 from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 4th respondent and consequently direct the 4th respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner and to file the final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.294 of 2021 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the fourth respondent and consequently direct the fourth respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner and to file the final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.294 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and the same is yet to be taken cognizance and as of now no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent.
