For Respondent : Mr.A. Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.8 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 506(i), 120 (B) of IPC in Crime No. 8 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that this petitioner/A-2 signed as witness in the lease agreement which was entered between the A-1 and the defacto complainant. He further submitted that, after knowing the transaction between the defacto complainant and A-1, a forged document was created by A-1 along with this petitioner/A-2, as if the properties were sold to the petitioner. He further submitted that investigation is still pending.
3. From the typed set produced by the petitioner it is seen that some transactions made between A-1 and the defacto complainant along with this petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the gravity and nature of offence committed by petitioner and also the fact that investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
