2020 received from the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruchirappalli, seeking further six months time to dispose the case, this Court made the following order: By order dated 28.01.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of C.C.No.485 of 2018 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1072 dated 04.11.2020 wherein, the learned Judge stating that till 28.10.2020, the case was posted for filing counter and only now, the case is posted for trial, has requested for extension of six months to comply with the above order dated 28.01.2020. 3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
