O R D E R

The petitioner, who preferred an appeal, dated 03.05.2015, before the first respondent against the order dated, 02.12.2014, passed by the second respondent, imposing censure as punishment, has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of her appeal, dated 03.05.2015, at the earliest, since check period is coming on the way of her promotion.

2. Mr.S.Sadeshkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal, dated 03.05.2015, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
