ORDER

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case and investigate the matter, based on his complaint, dated 24.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that on the complaint, dated 24.02.2016, lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, on 10.04.2016, on the ground that in respect of the dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party, already a civil suit in O.S.No.42 of 2014 is pending before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District Munsif, Ramanathapuram. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
