O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that he fell in love with the detenue viz., Amutha, D/o.Govindarasu and since there was objection for their marriage, on 19.01.2017 both of them got married at Arulmighu Mariamman Temple. While so, on 23.01.2017, at 11.30 hours, the family members of the detenue forcibly abducted the detenue. Since her whereabouts was not known to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint on 25.01.2017. However, no effective action was taken on his complaint. Hence, he is before this Court with this petition.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the first respondent produced the detenue before this Court. When we enquired her, she told us that she is not interested to go along with the petitioner. She is prepared to stay along with her parents.
