ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 506(ii) and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.31 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted due to previous enmity a false case has been foisted against the petitioner. He further submitted that this Court already granted bail to the Accused No.3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10 and 12 in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.8117, 8118, 8102 of 2019. He further submitted that the injured sustained only simple injuries and he was discharged from the hospital. Hence, he prayed to grant of bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that due to previous enmity the petitioner along with others unlawfully assembled together and waylaid the defacto complainant and attacked him by using deadly weapons.
