O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case based on his complaint, dated 16.02.2016, and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that on the complaint, dated 16.02.2016, lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, on 06.04.2016, on the ground that in respect of the dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party, already a civil suit in O.S.No.139 of 2014 is pending before the learned District Munsif, Srivilliputhur. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
