ORDER
Seeking transfer of enquiry pertaining to the case registered in Crime No.314 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent police to the fourth respondent agency or any other suitable agency, this criminal original petition is filed.
2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.314 of 2024 has been completed and the same was closed as 'action dropped'. RCS notice has also been served to the defacto complainant.

3.In view of the aforesaid development, this Criminal Original Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition, if so adviced.
