O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the first respondent to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 27.01.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on 27.01.2016, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent as against Karthi and Murugesh and since no action was taken on the said complaint, he sent a complaint, dated 28.01.2016, by courier to the first respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the first respondent has not received the complaint, dated 28.01.2016, said to have been sent by courier.

5. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the second respondent along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 28.01.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
