ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 4, to disburse the petitioner's husband viz.,Muthaiah death benefits, family pension, arrears of salary, incentive for special grade and other monetary benefits by considering her applications dated 24.02.2023 and 19.04.2023 respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the material available on record.

3. Since the fourth respondent Management had been now taken over by the Education Department, the petitioner is directed to submit an application, seeking terminal benefits, DCRG along with service records 2/4

of the petitioner's husband, directly to the third respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the third respondent shall forward the proposal to the second respondent within a period of four weeks thereafter and on receipt of such proposal, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
