When the matter was taken up for hearing, both sides stated that the alleged detenue Vijayalakshmi was secured on 20.05.2022 and the case in Kabisthalam Police Station Crime No.177/2022 has been closed as further action dropped. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
