O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the tourist vehicles are being parked in front of Adal Vallan Commercial Complex, Courtalam situated at Courtalam main road, opposite to Village Administrative Office and the same is causing hindrance to the public and thereby, he sent a representation dated 23.02.2025 before the second respondent for taking appropriate action, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and they will conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law..

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court recording the above said submission of the second respondent directs him Page No. 2 of 4

to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.02.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of [15] days from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observations and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
