O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take action on the representation, dated 07.04.2022 sent by the petitioner and to conclude the enquiry within a time as stipulated by this Court after affording opportunity to the necessary parties concerned based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.04.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent police on 07.04.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter party if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
