RESPONDENT(S) Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5337 of 2021 directing the petitioner to appearing before respondent police to appear before K 10 Koyambedu Police Station, Chennai and such other further relief as this Hon`ble Court may think just and proper in the circumstances.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MALINI.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to modify the condition passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5337 of 2021 dated 16.04.2021, directing the petitioner to appear before the K.10 Koyambedu Police Station instead of appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a resident of Chennai and during the pandemic situation he is unable to appear before the respondent police and comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court, hence seeks modification of the said condition.

3. In view of the above said submission the condition imposed on the petitioner directing to appear before the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3852 of 2021 daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the K.10 Koyambedu Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as when required for interrogation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. The petitioner is ordered accordingly.
