This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.15881 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.1165 of 2025, dated 06.11.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
