ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 498(A), 294(b), 406 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.34 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that this petitioner has already filed a petition for anticipatory bail in Crl.OP(MD) No.13090 of 2020 and the same is pending before this Court for Mediation proceedings. In support of his contention, a copy of the order was produced.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.6440 of 2021 Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. Till such time, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner. If mediation fails, then the respondent is at liberty to initiate all further actions.
