ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to invoke Act 14, 1982 against the petitioner's husband, namely, Chokkar.

2.It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the Act 14, 1982 has been invoked and subsequently, it was revoked.
