This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No. (3) in Crl.M.P.No. 649 of 2026 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pudukottai, dated 12.03.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner is working as a Wireman and unable to comply with the condition No.3 imposed by the Court below, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai in Cr.M.P. No. 649 of 2026 dated 12.03.2026 to the effect that ● the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30p.m., for a period of four weeks; ● the other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact. 2/4
