Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2014 in the virtue of proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No2293/A5/2014 dated 27.06.2014.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner was appointed as a BT Teacher in Science subject. He was transferred to R.S.Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Paramakudi, by an order dated 15.07.2014. He was sent to Government Higher Secondary School, Emaneswaram, Ramanathapuram District. But his grievance was that he was not allotted any work. He submitted a representation dated 27.10.2014, to serve in R.S. Government Boys Higher Secondary School itself. Therefore, seeking a direction for consideration of the said representation, this writ petition came to be filed.

3.Since the petitioner was transferred to Sathrakudi Government Higher Secondary School on 01.09.2015, the grievance projected in the writ petition no longer survives. In any event, the petitioner has no right to work in a particular school. 4.With the above observation, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
