This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in FIR No.411 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent, dated 27.05.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy, and the same has been taken on cognizance in C.C.No.160 of 2020 and it was posted to 13.12.2021. 3.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further adjudication or further consideration in this petition. Hence the petition has become infructuous. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the contents of the final report, they may work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings.
