ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 498(A), 294(b), 406, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.34 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the Accused Nos.2,4,5,6 & 8 have already filed a petition for anticipatory bail in Crl.OP(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.6456 of 2021 No.13013 of 2020 and the same is pending for Mediation proceedings. In support of his contention, a copy of the order was produced. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. All the petitioners herein/accused are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. Till such time, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioners. If mediation fails, then the respondent is at liberty to initiate all further actions.
