Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that New Survey No. 1669/18, Old Survey No.1077/1B was already surveyed. However, he submits that survey was not conducted in respect of survey No.1669/19.
2. Learned Government Advocate submits that Survey No. 1669/19 is classified as Arasu Poramboke.
3. Since a survey was conducted in respect of New Survey No. 1669/18, nothing survives in the present writ petition. It is open to the petitioner to seek a survey in respect of Survey No.1669/19, but no opinion is expressed on the merits thereof.
4. Therefore, W.P.(MD).No.7624 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.
