O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the third respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 23.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner, in his complaint, dated 23.07.2015, alleged that on 23.07.2015 he was assaulted by one Edison.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has not attached any proof for having sent the complaint, dated 23.07.2015, to the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the third respondent along with this order as well as the accident register and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 23.07.2015.

On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
