ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his statutory appeal pending on the file of the first respondent in Petition No.3958 of 2021 R2.

2.The petitioner, aggrieved by the registration of documents, seeks for cancellation of the same under the aforementioned petition, which is pending on the file of the first respondent. 3.Heard Mr.S.Saravanakumar, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.J.John Rajadurai, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents or any other party, if the petitioner's statutory appeal in Petition No.3958 of 2021 R2 is disposed of expeditiously by the first respondent, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
