This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 to 4 from initiating proceedings under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. based on the representation made by the petitioners on 27.03.2023.

2.Heard Mr.A.Joseph Jerry, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The law on this issue has been dealt with in detail in P.Sathish @ Sathish Kumar Vs. State rep. by the Inspector of Police, Law and Order and another, reported in 2023-1-L.W.(Crl.) 810. The Division Bench of this Court has already given necessary directions in this regard. The same shall be strictly followed by the respondents. 2/4
