ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.06.2019 and 10.05.2019 to the 1st respondent and 2nd respondent respectively and to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
