For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.270 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that one Indira borrowed a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- and 25 sovereigns of gold from the defacto complainant and she promised to repay the said amount within one month, but failed to do the same and absconded. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and a false case has been foisted against them. He further submits that they are no way connected with the accused.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are not arrayed as accused in this case and only summons have been issued on them for enquiry.
5. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
