ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent to implement the order of the 2nd respondent dated 28.09.2015. 2.According to the petitioner, she made a representation dated 03.07.2018 to the respondents seeking to cancel the joint patta issued in her favour and one Kasilingam in respect of the property in old S.F.No.18 and New S.F.No.18/1B situated at Vedhavijayapuram, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District and to issue patta for the aforesaid property in favour of the petitioner alone, based on the order of the 2nd respondent dated 28.09.2015. So far, no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 1/3

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the order of the 2nd respondent dated 28.09.2015, by removing the name of the existing pattathars, the village accounts have already been amended. He would further submit that after conducting an enquiry, based on the records being submitted by the parties concerned, patta will be granted to them in respect of the aforesaid properties. In this regard, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 18.08.2020. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- the 3rd respondent is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 03.07.

2018, by taking note of the proceedings dated 18.08.2020, and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunities to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
