ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 397 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.322 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 24.04.2021 at about 9.45 pm, the defacto complianant went to Kovilpatti along with his friend one Subbaiah through his bike, at that time the petitioner along with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant and his friend, robbed a sum of Rs.3,600/- and snatched one Cell phone from the defacto defacto complainant. Hence, the compliant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioners are habitual offender and four previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the allegations and the bad antecedent of the petitioner and also the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is essential, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
