ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to provide employment to the petitioner's son on compassionate ground by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 08.11.2014.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking compassionate appointment to her son, the petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent on 08.11.2014 enclosing all the required certificates and the same is pending without any progress. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 3.The first respondent filed a counter-affidavit, wherein at paragraph Nos.5 and 6, it is stated as follows:- "5. I submit that the petitioner had filed Writ Petition (MD) No.17869 of 2015 before the High Court of Madurai Bench for directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's son namely Thiru.Kannan in any post in the respondents Corporation on compassionate grounds. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. I respectful submit that the concession to compassionate appointment should be subject to availability of vacancies in this Corporation concerned which is directed by Government order. This fact was already informed to the petitioner vide letter No Dep1819/HR2/2011, dated 01.11.2012, 01.12.2012, 20.02.2015 and 30.09.2015 to be considered as and when vacancy will arise in this Corporation."

4.Recording the above averments made in the counter-affidavit, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's son for compassionate appointment, as and when vacancy arises. No costs.
