O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 26.02.2016, and take action against the accused in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the complaint, dated 26.02.2016 has been sent by post to the second respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the second respondent along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 26.02.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
