Challenge has been made against the impugned order passed by the third respondent dated 17.10.2024.

2.Though this Writ Petition has been filed for the larger relief, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for 2/5

the petitioner submits the he would submit a fresh representation to the official respondents for re-considering the decisions of the third respondent and he would be satisfied if such a representation is directed to be considered.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the official respondents to reconsider the decisions by virtue of the impugned order. In the event if any such representation is made, the third respondent is directed to consider the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of three [3] weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
