Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 herein to implement the orders passed in Mu.Mu.A1/2342/2021, dated 16.04.2021, passed by the 1st respondent pertaining to carry out the corrections in the Survey number to the property of the Petitioner under Patta No.11834 to the property under S.No.418/8A2 418/1A2A Pathinamkathan Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk and District by fixing a time frame as deemed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks for implementation of the order, dated 16.04.2021, passed by the first respondent in this writ petition. The order has to be implemented by the second respondent. 2.Heard Ms.J.Annie Infanta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.Under the order, dated 16.04.2021, passed by the first respondent, the error sought to be rectified by the petitioner has been accepted by the first respondent. W.P.(MD)No.8656 of 2022 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the order, dated 16.04.2021, passed by the first respondent in Mu.Mu.A1/2342/2021, is implemented by the second respondent after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to implement the order, dated 16.04.2021, passed by the first respondent in Mu.Mu.A1/2342/2021, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, including granting them the right of personal hearing.
6.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
