This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in OR.No.3 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody and the respondent police also completed the investigation in OR.No.3 of 2019 and going to be filed final report.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. 4.However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in OR.No.3 of 2019, in the manner known to law.
