ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, to complete the trial in C.C.No.131 of 2015, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen a case in Cr.No.533 of 2014 has been registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC against the petitioner, by the respondent police. After completion of investigation, final report has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.131 of 2015, by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, and it is pending since then.

3. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.131 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
