It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.12.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that both parties have appeared before the respondent police and the proposed accused has given a statement that he would not cause any problem to the defacto complainant and based on the said statement, the petitioner has stated that no further action is required.
